Spring- Pressurize the system, reinstall backflow preventers hardware (if applicable), clean drip and mainline filters, adjust sprinklers, inspect valves, check for any leaks, program automatic timer(s), change batteries for timers, make minor repairs.

Summer-Adjust sprinklers and nozzles, inspect valves, check for any leaks, program automatic timer for summer season, make minor repairs. 

Fall- Shut off main water supply, blow out main an lateral lines with compressed air, winterize backflow preventers/hose bibs (if applicable), shut off sprinkler timer for year.
