Whether you need a quick sprinkler system repair or long term weed,turf, and sprinkler system management, we are confident in our ability to give you exceptional results.   At Aera Green, Inc. customer satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed. When you purchase a Good, Best, or Better Results program you will be delighted with the results each and every time. If you are not, we will continue to correct the problem until your satisfied. As a customer, if you ever feel that your service is not satisfactory, please contact us at 1-877-NO-HOSES, or by visiting the Current Customer area of our website. If a service call is needed, we will respond within a 48 hour period. With a no charge for service calls* policy every effort will be made to correct any of your lawn care concerns.

*Applies to lawn spraying applications only. Does not includes one time applications.

Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control

Aera Green, Inc. Turf and Sprinklers performs throughout the season, and automatically renews from season to season.

Sprinkler Repair

All Sprinkler repair visits will be billed seperately on a Time and Material plus parts basis. For the "Best Results" program we will automatically make minor repairs to ensure that your sprinkler system is immediately operating at optimal levels unless otherwise specified. It will be the customers resposibilities to contact Aera Green, Inc. Turf and Sprinklers if they do not desire this or have some specific needs. If a major repair is needed we will contact you immediately, if our schedule permits, to make the repair work that day. Otherwise we will schedule it for another date. If any other person, animal, company, vehicle modifies the workmanship of Aera Green, Inc. Turf and Sprinklers any warranties will be VOID.

Aera Green, Inc. SEEDING WARRANTY

The success or failure of seed depends on its care. Aera Green, Inc. Turf and Sprinklers warranties seeding provided that you follow proper maintenance and watering procedures, make prompt payment of your account when due and report unsatisfactory results within 30 days. Your technician will test the soil moisture level to confirm adequate watering. If the lawn does not establish properly because of product or workmanship, those portions of the lawn that are not growing will be re-seeded. Seeding warranty is valid for one (1) re-seed within six (6) months from the original date of service. Remember that you must be on Aera Green, Inc.'s fertilizer program for the warranty to remain valid. Termination of service, improper care, failure to pay outstanding balance in a timely manner and/or any other person(s) or company tampering or making repairs will VOID the warranty.
Aera Green, Inc. Turf and Sprinklers only performs service on treatable areas of property in the front, back, and sides of every lawn unless specified otherwise by you. When the application is complete, Aera Green, Inc. Turf and Sprinklers is sure to clean any remaining fertilizer from sidewalks and driveways. Each application includes fertilizer and most applications include weed control based on the timing and purpose of the treatment. The products being applied vary from application to application based on the time of year, weather conditions, and the needs of your lawn.

Cancellations

Our service continues from application to application year after year unless you contact us. In some instances, a request to cancel service is taken after a service invoice has been printed and is in a scheduled route with a technician for that day. In this case, every attempt will be made to notify that technician to avoid service being performed. In this scenario, if we are unable to reach that technician, or if the service has already been completed, your service termination will become effective after that particular treatment and you will be asked to return payment for that service. Gates and Pets

Pets must be indoors and all gates must be unlocked for a scheduled service to be performed. If you need notification prior to our visits, please request a call ahead in the notes area of the sign-up process. We are able to call and leave a voice message the day prior to performing your scheduled service. Our technicians are very careful about closing gates before they leave, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you accept our service with this provision. Aera Green, Inc Turf and Sprinklers is not responsible for lost or injured pets.

Damage

If Aera Green, Inc. Turf and Sprinklers happens to damage a sprinkler head or other property while performing a service, please contact us at 877-NO-HOSES. We will repair or replace the damage as soon as possible.

Easy Pay

Payment for each customer’s service is conveniently billed to their debit or credit card each week the day after their lawn is treated. Printed account activity is available upon request.

Pre-Pay

Prepayment offers a discounted rate for customers choosing to pay for an entire season’s services at once.

Declined Cards

In the event that a card is declined, we will try the card again the following day. If the card does not go through a second time, the customer’s remaining services will be put on hold until we are able to reach the customer. If the customer responds quickly with another card, we will promptly put them back on the schedule with no late fee or fee for changing cards.

Late Payment

All work performed by Aera Green, Inc. is termed a net due on receipt.  All invoices unpaid over thirty days due will be subject to a 2% interest charge per month and if necessary collections and attorneys fees.
